&lt;p&gt;i was not raised to be a quitter. i was not raised to give up, until i was sure that i had given it my best. that&amp;#8217;s not who i am.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i am not ready to quit smoking yet - that is one thing i will say. i think i need to focus on one thing at a time, and at the moment, i need to get my weight under control again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;in the last few weeks, i have gained a few kgs back, and i am not happy about that. so i really am going to try, as hard as i can to get down to a healthy weight.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i&amp;#8217;m currently at about 89-90&amp;#160;kg. my goal at the moment is to get down to 80kg.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so lets see how that goes.&lt;/p&gt;

I didn&amp;#8217;t record what I ate.. my mind has been all over the place.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I thought finally losing weight would make me happy. I honestly thought that was the key to my happiness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So why am I still so miserable? Why is it that with every kilo i manage to lose do I feel even worse about myself?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Every time I eat something, there&amp;#8217;s a little voice in my head that runs wild, telling me how fat I am.. that i don&amp;#8217;t need to be eating that..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I wish my perception of myself wasn&amp;#8217;t so skewed.. I wish I could look in the mirror and see what everyone else apparently sees. :/&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My current weight is 87kgs! which means I lost 2.5&amp;#160;kg this week, even with my bad eating &amp;gt;.&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That has just motivated me more to want to keep losing weight!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wow.. 87kg.. I haven&amp;#8217;t weighed under about 95kg since I was 10 or 11.. this is a huge accomplishment for me!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 04&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 cupcakes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 piece of chocolate cake&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 pieces of pizza&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 piece of multigrain toast&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup pumpkin minestrone soup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup of milk tea&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cigarettes:&lt;/strong&gt; I don&amp;#8217;t know actually. I forgot to count &amp;gt;.&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Excercise: &lt;/strong&gt;About 30 min walking&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So.. I shouldn&amp;#8217;t bake.. because it makes me eat what I baked.. BUT it kept me occupied for about 3 hours.. and tomorrow.. I weigh myself, see if my bad eating has affected my weight loss. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But later I will remember to post my food for the day!&lt;/p&gt;
